Welcome to the Sunshine Finders website home of the greatest homes you can find close to Clearwater Beach and surrounding Pinellas County.
It's very hard to beat the amenities that our properties offer. We have pool and hot tub properties. We have properties that are close the Pinellas Trail and awesome parks. All of our properties are within 30 miles of Tampa International Airport. And all of them are less than 4 miles to the closest beach. We are also around an hour and 30 minutes to Disney World in Orlando. We have Busch Gardens Tampa Bay about 30 minutes away.

Our properties currently are either 2 or 3 bedroom homes with either a one car or two car garage.
Every property has two bathrooms and usually one of them is in the master bedroom.
All of our houses have a washer and dryer for your conveniece.
All of our properties have everything you need to feel right at home.
We are local hosts so if you need something we can make it happen and please don't be afraid to ask.
